I am a board-certified private practice psychiatrist based in Center City, Philadelphia. In my practice, I offer a variety of different treatment modalities including individual psychotherapy and medications. I have particular expertise in psychodynamic therapy and psychoanalysis.

Following medical school, I completed a four year residency program and one year fellowship in psychiatry at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania. During my training, I served as Chief Resident. I received the Outstanding Senior Resident Award and the Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Award. I was also selected to be an American Psychoanalytic Association Fellow.

I am in advanced training in psychoanalysis at the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia. In addition to my clinical practice, I serve as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at University of Pennsylvania where I teach and provide psychotherapy supervision. I also serve as course instructor at the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia.
